With a career spanning over four decades and multiple continents — Essex, London, San Francisco, Miami, the Caribbean, and now Laguna Beach — Tracy brings world-class expertise to every cut she crafts.
She began her journey as an apprentice in Essex, quickly rising through the ranks to run Topshop’s flagship salon on Oxford Circus. From there, she styled on Carnival Cruises before becoming the founding force behind The British Hair Company, where she’s spent the past 20 years setting the gold standard in precision hair cutting.
Known across the industry for her technical mastery, Tracy specializes in sharp pixie cuts, structured short layers, and modern bobs that move with natural ease. Her philosophy? Hair should be wearable, flattering, and tailored to each client’s lifestyle — and every shape should hold up beautifully between visits.
Style-wise, Tracy is a mix of boho chic, British cheek, and brilliantly bold — always honest, always direct, and always about great hair.

Saghar’s journey with The British Hair Company is a true full-circle story. She joined us back in 2011 at the very start of her career — and we were lucky enough to mentor her from the ground up. By the time she moved to Scottsdale in 2016 after getting married, she had become one of our most popular and talented stylists.
Now, almost a decade later, she’s back in Orange County with her husband and two children — and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her home. Since her time away, Saghar has sharpened her skills through advanced education in balayage, foilayage, air touch, freehand color, precision bobs, short cuts, and full certification as a Bellami Extensions Specialist.
Her signature style? Seamless blondes, flowing extensions, and glossy, precision cuts with movement.

Silvina joined us in 2016, almost immediately after we relocated from Forest Avenue and acquired Paris Salon — and we’ve never looked back. Around here, she’s known as our Argentinian Queen of Balayage 💃, a true freehand artist who lifts darker hair into caramel, toffee, and chocolate mocha tones that always look effortless and natural.
With 18 years behind the chair, Silvina is the go-to for dimensional brunettes, soft blonde transitions, grey blending, and seamlessly integrated weft extensions. Her haircuts? Sharp, architectural bobs and women’s cuts that still move like hair should — plus men’s cuts with clean lines and easy grow-out.
Silvina says the best part of doing hair is simple: > “Magic truly happens. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping people feel better by looking their best. I get to blend beauty with lifestyle, creating looks that feel authentic.” She’s obsessed with the chemistry behind long-lasting color and the structure that makes a haircut hold its shape. Devin was our very first stylist hire when we reopened after the COVID shutdowns — and from day one, she’s felt like part of The British Hair Company family.
She came to us already immersed in the Aveda universe, having completed an intensive 3-year apprenticeship and earned her license at an Aveda Lifestyle Salon. That deep education in Aveda’s plant-powered philosophy and natural color chemistry instantly aligned with our values.
Nearly 8 years into her career, Devin is on the path to Master Stylist status. She’s earned a loyal following for her effortless blonding, custom extensions, and long hair transformations that shine, move, and hold their shape beautifully.
What sets her apart? Devin stays ahead of evolving trends and techniques through continued education — and creates a chair-side experience grounded in open consultation, honesty, and just the right amount of fun. (She’s also not afraid to encourage a bold chop if it’ll make you feel amazing.)
